About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate data center projects, including MEP installations, facility upgrades, or administrative property service deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality parameters. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical coordination, and regulatory compliance experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination
• Define project scope, deliverables, timeline, and resource plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Chair kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder briefings.
2. Project Execution & Monitoring
• Lead day-to-day execution and coordination across engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
• Track milestones, identify delays or risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
3. Cost & Contract Management
• Control project budgets, track actual expenditures vs forecast, and prepare progress claims.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Handle variation orders, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and final account closure.
4. Communication & Reporting
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments, clients, vendors, and third-party consultants.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, Gantt charts, and risk assessments.
• Document project changes, decisions, and incidents accurately.
5. Handover & Post-Completion
• Conduct final walkthroughs, testing & commissioning (T&C), and Integrated System Testing (IST) oversight if applicable.
• Ensure all documentation (O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties) is submitted and archived.
• Support post-handover maintenance or defect liability coordination.

Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field
• Experience:
• 5+ years in project management, preferably within data center, MEP, or critical facility projects
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction workflow, MEP systems, or FM operations
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or BIM tools
• Effective leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is highly valued
• Familiarity with Tier III/IV data center standards (Uptime, TIA-942)
• Working knowledge of local building codes and authority processes (e.g., CIDB, BOMBA, DOE)
• Experience handling multinational clients and hyperscale projects

• Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Flexibility to attend night works, emergency interventions, or site inspections
