About the Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous, well-organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to be the primary point of contact for clients and visitors at our data center. The role involves front desk operations, access coordination, service request tracking, and providing a professional and seamless experience for all stakeholders entering the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Reception
• Greet and register all visitors, vendors, and contractors entering the data center
• Issue visitor badges and ensure proper identity verification
• Manage meeting room schedules and assist with client hospitality arrangements
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and redirect inquiries as appropriate
2. Access & Permit Coordination
• Coordinate with the security team on visitor access clearance
• Process work permits, temporary access requests, and escort arrangements
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols
3. Client Support & Service Ticketing
• Log and track customer service requests or complaints through ticketing systems
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
• Assist in coordinating client facility tours or audit visits
4. Administrative Support
• Maintain front desk cleanliness, document filing, and stationery inventory
• Support administrative property team with reporting, record-keeping, and scheduling
• Prepare daily reports on visitor activity, incidents, and handover logs

Requirements:
• Education: SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
• Experience in a data center, corporate, or critical facility environment is an advantage
• Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
• Polite, calm, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, ticketing systems)
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task

• Familiarity with access control or visitor management systems (e.g., VMS, HID, CCTV)
• Mandarin or other language skills are a plus
• Basic knowledge of facility SOPs and safety regulations

Working Hours:
• 5-day week, standard business hours (with shift/weekend coverage depending on site policy)
• Must be able to support 24/7 operations environment when required
