About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Property Manager to oversee the non-technical operational aspects of our mission-critical data center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor performance, ensuring facility cleanliness, compliance, security operations, and daily service delivery aligned with SLA and data center best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Operations Management
• Supervise all administrative facility services including reception, security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste handling.
• Implement SOPs for daily facility operations and monitor execution effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., BOMBA, DOSH, DOE).
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
2. Security & Access Control
• Coordinate site security operations including guard deployment, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems.
• Oversee visitor management, delivery clearance, and access approval processes.
• Respond to security incidents and prepare investigation reports.
3. Vendor & Outsourced Services Management
• Manage external service providers including security, cleaning, landscaping, and pest control vendors.
• Review and enforce contract obligations, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Evaluate vendor performance and participate in service renewal or bidding.
4. Customer & Tenant Support
• Serve as the first line of contact for client inquiries related to administrative and property matters.
• Support front desk operations, coordinate meeting room usage, and manage service tickets.
• Track customer satisfaction and lead continuous service improvements.
5. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily checklists, incident logs, vendor records, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and submit to the Data Center Operations Head.

Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in administrative or facilities management, preferably in a data center or mission-critical environment.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of facilities SOPs and vendor management
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management systems (CAFM/FMS)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of Tier standards (e.g., Uptime Tier III/IV), ISO 45001/14001 standards
• Experience with compliance audits by BOMBA, DOE, DOSH, etc.
• Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, or DCIM platforms for task and record tracking
